1. Using Chito

Chito is a news personalization app that provides curated briefings and news content about Nepal. You may use Chito for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chito.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number. Don't share your verification codes with anyone.

You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content

News Content: Chito aggregates and summarizes news from various sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current. News content is provided for informational purposes only.

Election Data: Election-related information (candidates, results) is sourced from official sources and news reports. Results displayed before official certification are unofficial.

Your Content: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by us without obligation to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Chito for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from Chito without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts for abuse or spam

5. Intellectual Property

Chito and its original content (excluding news from third-party sources) are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. The Chito name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

News content displayed in the app may be subject to copyright by the original publishers.

6. Disclaimers

Chito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• That the app will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chito and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Chito after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Chito at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
