who is funding nepal flood relief?

Flood relief funding in Nepal is coming from a mix of international organizations and domestic contributions deposited directly into the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund.

On the international front, the United Nations has issued an emergency flash appeal and pledged around $49.6 million (approx. Rs 7.5 billion) to support more than 84,000 flood-affected people in hard-hit districts like Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading with shelter, cash, and winter supplies. Domestically, continuous contributions from employees, institutions, and cash aid have pushed the total collection in the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund past Rs. 10 billion for rehabilitation and emergency response efforts.
