will ward votes shape congress's future?

Ward votes are indeed playing a significant role in shaping the future of the Nepali Congress. Dr. Shashank Koirala has called for active participation in ward conventions to strengthen the party's democratic processes, highlighting the importance of grassroots involvement. Meanwhile, the Deuba faction has proceeded with ward conventions despite ongoing disputes over the party's official leadership, indicating that these local votes could influence internal power dynamics and the party's direction. So, ward votes are not just procedural but pivotal in determining the Congress's future leadership and unity.
