छिटोमा केही गलत देखे पेजको लिङ्कसहित hello@chito.app मा लेख्नुहोस्; टोलीले आधिकारिक स्रोतसँग जाँचेर गलत भए सच्याउँछ।
कसरी भन्ने
- पेजको लिङ्क, के गलत छ, र सम्भव भए सही जानकारी कहाँ प्रकाशित छ — यति लेख्नुहोस्।
- एपमा कार्यालय, कम्पनी, ठाउँ र व्यक्तिका पेजमा "सच्याउन अनुरोध" बटन छ।
- नागरिकता, राहदानी वा खाताको नम्बर कहिल्यै नपठाउनुहोस् — छिटोले त्यस्ता नम्बर माग्दैन, राख्दैन।
त्यसपछि के हुन्छ
- टोलीले रिपोर्टलाई आधिकारिक स्रोत वा माध्यमकै रिपोर्टसँग दाँज्छ।
- छिटोको गल्ती भए पेज सच्याइन्छ। स्रोतकै गल्ती भए स्रोतले सच्याएपछि त्यही देखाइन्छ।
- भाउ र सूचना सिधै स्रोतबाट आउँछन्: स्रोतले अंक सच्याएपछि छिटोले अर्को पटक पढ्दा सच्याइएको अंक देखाउँछ।

Corrections — in English
If something on Chito is wrong, email hello@chito.app with the page link. The team checks it against the official source and fixes it if it is wrong.
How to report
- Send the page link, what is wrong, and, if you can, where the correct information is published.
- In the app, pages of offices, companies, places and people have a "सच्याउन अनुरोध" (request a correction) button.
- Never send document numbers (citizenship, passport, account numbers): Chito does not ask for or keep them.
What happens next
- The team compares the report with the official source or the outlet's own report.
- If Chito was wrong, the page is corrected. If the source itself was wrong, the source's correction is shown when it publishes one.
- Rates and notices come straight from the source: when the source corrects a figure, Chito shows the corrected one on its next read.
